Whether you’ve ordered a double or single bay carport or garage design, we’ll have crafted the frames using a series of traditional jointing techniques. This prepares them so that they’ll slot neatly together during the construction process, and means that you should find the build and installation quick and easy if you have some previous DIY experience. 

To help you with your work, we’ll provide assembly instructions with every kit. Planning drawings will also be made upon request.

Every oak building and structure we provide is made from the highest quality green oak timber we have available. This is all sourced from a specially chosen site in France, and is cultivated to be as tall, straight, and strong as possible. This means that more of the wood can be used in our work.

For every tree we use, we will also make sure that three more are planted in its place.
Our Expert Timber Grading

When the wood arrives at our workshops, it will be thoroughly and carefully inspected by our team of highly trained and fully qualified carpenters and timber graders. They’ll look for any weaknesses, or signs of flaws or faults that could affect the structural integrity of a kit. If any pieces like this are found, they’ll be responsibly recycled so that only the strongest timber is used in our carports and garages.
Our Precision Manufacturing

Our work is carried out using state-of-the-art machinery at every stage. This starts with specialist scanning during the timber grading to check for the most minuscule of fractures in the wood, which the human eye might otherwise miss. Our work with machinery carries on when we cut the frames as well, by ensuring precision accuracy.

These practices help to rule out human error during the process, so you’ll be guaranteed a perfectly made carport kit that’s as easy to build as we have said.
