In the unfortunate event of a complaint or grievance, please contact us by telephone on 0843 289 6955 as soon as possible, followed by a formal email or letter addressed to:

In order to ensure a swift resolution please state:
- Sales invoice number
- Description and details of the complaint
The Garage Specialist will endeavor to promptly respond to and resolve any complaint or dispute. In the unlikely event that a response is not received within 5 working days, please send a second request for the attention of The Production Manager.
It is our intention to resolve any dispute fairly, amicably and to the satisfaction of all parties concerned at the earliest opportunity.
